High performance Coaching program for team leaders:
High performance is something that every leader wants in their teams and creating a high performing non leader dependent team requires that business leaders engage with their team in coaching conversations.
These conversations help their team members to identify obstacles, develop options and create an action plan they are willing to commit to while their leader can work as a partner in accountability.
In this program, we at Maxwell Leadership Certified Program share the framework for these conversations in the A.O.O.A. process. Leaders will be equipped to have performance based conversations with their team members.
This program can be delivered in multiple sessions, a full day or half-day workshop, you decide what is best for you and your team.
